How long until I hear back?
We aim for an initial reply within 3–5 business days. More complex proposals may need a follow-up call to scope properly.
Which regions are VPS instances provisioned in?
All VPS sponsorships currently run in our Taipei region.
What happens to the VPS after the sponsorship period?
We give a one-week heads-up. You can (1) renew at the standard customer rate (no sponsor discount currently, but renewal is available), (2) export your data with our help, or (3) shut down. Data is wiped 14 days after shutdown.
Can I apply for both VPS and cash?
Yes. Pick a primary type in the form and describe the second in the Notes field — we'll evaluate together.
Are the cash amounts on this page fixed?
They're starting ranges — typical use is snacks, venue support, or speaker travel. Final amount depends on event scope and visibility, and is decided case-by-case. If you need a larger budget, VPS sponsorship usually delivers more value.

Yes. Email [email protected] with your reference ID and we'll process within 1 business day.
How do contracts work?
Once approved we send a Traditional Chinese contract (PDF) to be e-signed.
